Appointments

Contact us with Accurx

You can contact a doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional online using a website called Accurx.

We would encourage all patients, who can do so, to use our online request system, it is convenient and secure. This will prevent you queueing on the telephone and keep our lines free for those who are unable to get online to submit a request.

Requesting an appointment online

If you prefer not to discuss the reason for requesting an appointment with a receptionist. Submitting an online request provides you with more discretion and time to submit your request.

Once submitted the doctor will review your request, and will determine if you need to be seen. You will receive a response within 48 hours. This ensures we make use of our limited resources in the most safe and efficient way. Appointments are offered based on clinical need, rather than a first come first serve basis.

Contact us by telephone 0121 360 5409

When you contact the practice, our receptionists will ask you for brief information about the reason for your appointment request. We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Whether you complete the online request form or contact us via telephone, your appointment request will be handled in exactly the same manner. This ensures equity of access for all our patients.

Routine appointments

To request a routine appointment in advance during opening times:

We will use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.
